SASA Wine Steward EXAMINATION Level 1 Johannesburg

The examination is two fold:
A theory examination with multiple choice questions covering basic wine knowledge to the level of WSET Level 2 or similar knowledge required as well as wine service related.
This will be followed by a practical exam, set in a dining room environment, covering all aspects of basic wine service.
Pass rate is 60%.
