The applicant needs to be aware of current trends with a flair for creating award winning wine lists.
To be considered for the job the applicant needs to have at least 2-3 years hands on experience in an upmarket restaurant or hotel working in the front of house.
It is expected that the applicant has a full working knowledge of beverage cost control and is able to do bi-monthly stock takes
Remuneration is based on experience but a market related salary will be offered.
The applicant is required to have their own transport as the shifts are in the evening.
